ILO has appointed GreaterCapital to provide services for an M&E Framework and baseline data collection for their “Public Procurement and the Social Economy project. The project is in Phase 2 and will build on and expand the scope of their work by working in a second South African province. The project has developed indicators and data collection tools during its first phase and the aim of this particular assignment is to upgrade the project’s Monitoring & Evaluation and Impact Evaluation systems to align to international best practice standards
GreaterCapital will seek to ensure that the M&E systems are designed so that the project can be measured on a longitudinal basis against indicators that are clear, feasible and measure progress to a level of depth and extends beyond outputs.
